Gift yourself little joys of life
I became depressed in the process of making everyone happy. It is truly said Happiness comes with a cost. and with me the case is I am abnegating myself to make others smile. Slowly pushing myself out of my limits. It took me time to understand that to make others happy, you have to be happy first. when you gradually become happy, the little birds in you spreads out it wings to fly, its ecstasy tends to swirl. Denying your favorite piece of cake because someone who you love wants it. Maybe you can have a bite or two from that piece. Maybe you can share it. You deserve a little happiness right. Find little joys of life and share it with someone you care. Be happy and make others happy.
