I wanted to be...

When I was a child,
I wanted to be a Scientist.
I grew up,
I wanted to be an Astronaut.

Aspirations changed,
I wanted to be a Doctor.
Things went other sides,
I wanted to be a Designer.
Luck made a funny face,
I wanted to be a Painter.

Now that I am an Engineer,
I want to be a Writer.
After all these things I wanted to be,
I will end up being a Home-Maker. :)

I asked my friend,
What should I do?
She told me intelligently,
Many lives you have to have,
For all you wanted to be.
